These three factors are KEY to having a successful business.
The “know, like, and trust” (KLT) factor is a marketing idea that is gaining in popularity. The goal is to make your target audience, prospects, leads, consumers, or clients understand and believe in your brand.
Basically, someone must first get to know the “you” behind the brand, which leads to a sense of familiarity and connection.
Once they’ve been familiar with your brand, they’ll start to trust it and prefer you over your competition. Building this know, like, and trust is a relationship-building and community-building exercise that takes time but is well worth the effort in the end.
But how do I establish them with my audience?
Well one great way is through solid, authentic, and intentional branding!
Once you do the work to figure out what your brand is, what it looks like, who it’s speaking to, and what emotions it’s supposed to convey in that audience- you are able to start establishing strong know, like, and trust within your audience.

✦ Over time, they see you showing up consistently with this authentic stunning brand and they now actually trust you.
